Pork Shoulder

Instructions

1 Pork Shoulder: Rub the pork shoulder with chili powder, smoked paprika, cumin, oregano, cayenne, salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a large pot. Sear pork shoulder on all sides until golden brown. Remove and set aside. In the same pot, add onions, garlic, jalapenos and cook for 3-4 minutes. Stir in diced tomatoes and stock. Return pork to the pot. Cover and simmer on low heat (3-4 hours at 325F, until pork is fork tender.)

2 On a platter, add Doritos® Cool Ranch Original chips to the bottom, spooning the pork shoulder on top

3 Evenly layer toppings: guacamole, red onion, salsa, sour cream and red peppers over the pork shoulder

4 Serve with an ice-cold Pepsi® Zero Sugar and enjoy!
